I want to run a simple math VI on an FPGA target(cRIO 9068).  VI compiled sucessfully and the bit file is generated. But when I run the VI on FPGA target, it shows the error "LabVIEW FPGA called another software component, and that component returned the following error:Error -63034 occurred at niFpgaOpenAndRun_cRIO-9068.vi

Please suggest a solutin

Created the bit file and run the VI using run button to run it on FPGA

That is almost completely useless.  The project file does not contain any code.  Please put your entire project (or at least the relevant parts) in a zip file and post that.

How are you running this FPGA?  Where is the RT code that is calling it?
