FPGA compilation error (Some of the compilation steps were not executed)

I am working with LabView 2021 SP1 (32 bit) and I have a project involving a cRIO 9045 with some FPGA code that is compiled locally.

When I run the FPGA code I get the following error message (Some of the compilation steps were not executed):

I have already tried to compile a blank FPGA project and I get the same.

Can someone help me to solve this issue?
