FLIR A300

[Loopin3]

I have i flir A 300 series and thermovision Labview toolkit V3.3 on Labview 2011.  I would like to acquire a temperature array from the camera with toolkit. 

I open the connection with specific camera, ethernt 16 bit , IP address and in a while loop acquire the Image with Digitalgetimage. 

The problem is the Digitalgetimage return empty array and timeout. 

Can someone help me ?

Are there any out-of -the box examples shipped with the toolkit? Do those work for you?

Have you tried to change the Image Mode/ImageType, or slow down the acquisition?

The examples of toolkit dosent work. Im look in deep inside of VI, the timeout arrive from getimage subvi. I can read and write camera prameter but i receive an error only to acquire image.. I tryed to change image type and other but the result is the same : timeout 😞

Unfortunately I don't have neither the hardware nor the thermovision toolkit so I can't try it on my own
