Creating Labview API

Can someone give me starting point on how to create and understand labview APIs?

What specific api do you mean? There are a large number including DAQmx, VISA, with new ones being added all of the time.

I saw this customized API programming and im trying  to understand it. When you open subvis it will go to some hierarchial kind of coding. When i opened one of the subvi it is broken with error message "the library has blocked the VIs that it owns from executing".

Your descriptions aren't clear enough. You should attach some code or at least images showing exactly what you're talking about.

My guess would be that you're talking about an XNode or an express VIs, both of which are relatively advanced subjects. Express VIs are documented. XNodes are experimental and aren't supported.
