FINS Ethernet driver

Hi, has anyone wrote a driver in labview that uses FINS through ethernet comms to talk to devices/instruments e.g.PLC.

Hi Stu,

I cannot find any case of people writing the driver directly into LabVIEW but it is supported through NI OPC servers.  If you already have OPC servers for this you can create OPC clients in LabVIEW using the datalogging and supervisory control module (DSC).  You can find some information on it at ni.com/dsc and also a webcast introduction to using OPC servers with DSC in the learn more section of https://www.ni.com/en-us/shop/product/labview-datalogging-and-supervisory-control-module.html.
