Hi I have an executable that I have compiled under windows. Can I run this on a Linux server?

No.

 

Just like Microsoft Office for Windows can't run under Linux. All executables are OS-specific.

 

If you need it for Linux then you will need to purchase the Linux version of LabVIEW and compile it under that OS.
