I am getting the attached error upon starting the project opening. This this real ? I can build an exe and run the program in the project with no issues.

I get signal.cpp or fpsane.cpp as files with internal warnings.

Try to perform Mass Compile of the whole sources (Tools->Advanced->Mass Compile...), sometimes it helps against the warnings in fpsane.cpp. Sometimes it happened with particular VI, then deleting and recreating some controls on the FP (of the ReaderAutomatedTestFunctional_main_V2.vi) also may help. Something gets damaged and keep in this "ill" state.
