Error while reading shared variables

Hello All

I design front panel using labview and labview DSC module to connect PLC using deviceXplorer OPC server.

initially i just created some I/Os to read from PLC (approx 25) it was working fine. then i copied that project in my USB and completed remaining design by sitting in my office. when completed that project and copied back on PC where initial project was running. when i run completed project it giving two types of error. (picture attached) i dont know why updated project file not connecting with opc even previous project working fine.

any one can guid me where m i making mistake or need any changes to updated project file.

If I had to guess, those shared variables don't actually exist.  OPC is pretty robust from what I've seen.  Otherwise, do what the jpeg suggests and contact the PLC peeps.
