Error when dynamically deploying library

The code below works when I deploy libraries containing most network shared variables. However, If one of the shared variables is bound to an I\O variable the code fails to deploy and returns the generic error -2147467259. 

Is it possible to dynamically deploy I\O bound shared variables or is it only possible to do this Manually using the project tree?

Are you also deploying to your remote target?

What's the hardware acquiring/generating the data for the variables?
