Hello, I am trying to extract the data measured by instrument using :FORM:BORD NORM;DATA REAL, 64;:DATA? code. It seems to work pretty fine for some data stream in which it can read #6000808. However, for some data stream it read it as ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ. Specifically it just happen when it reads a constant source SMU measurement. There is no error to read a variable source SMU measurement.
