I just installed LabView 7.1 developer suite to a new installation of W2K. Upon login the I get the following error message: NIMax.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created.
If I attempt to restart the program from the services utility, it fails in the same way.
FYI - I am a newbie trying to get up to speed on this program.
Have you tried rebooting your computer? If that doesn't work, you will probably need to uninstall MAX (which will uninstall NI-DAQ, NI-VISA, and a number of other drivers). Then reinstall all of the programs from the Device Drivers CD.
