Error message re: MAX

I have just installed LabVIEW and MAX onto a computer but when I go to "Configure" on the front page of LabVIEW I am getting an error saying MAX cannot be loaded and that it may not be installed but I have installed it.

Any advice?

I would suggest removing MAX (Measurement and Automation Explorer) using the add/remove programs from within Windows. I would then firstly try a reinstall of the software. Maybe obtain a new copy of the software.

Generally this gets installed with a driver i.e. NI-DAQ.

Can you supply further information on the version of LV, the driver your installing etc. This will help me narrow down whats happening if the re-install (after uninstalling MAX) doesn't work.
