Error installing Labview 7 drivers cd

fatal error occures while installing Labview & device drivers cd.Error: Failed to open handle for D:\components\visa\ni-spy\NISpy.msi

Few things to check

-First verify that the file exists (which i doubt it won't be). Launch that msi by itself by double clicking on it (don't install).

-Try copying the contents of the CD to local drive and run from there.
