Error in REST API

Getting above when accessing the REST API , current i am using LabView 2025 Q3 version  32 -bit ,

"the workaround for this issue is to install any run-time engine on the machine that is version 2024 Q3 or earlier. That should make the Advanced HTTP VIs work again in LabVIEW 2025 Q1 and later."
