Error Code -229771 DAQmx Create Channel

I've been in IT quite a while and just was recently exposed to these touch screen machines. Surprised they're still running XP. I'd like to help the maintenance staff resolve their issue. Once they hit Execute, they receive the below error.

Error -229771 occurred at DAQmx Create Channel (A-0Voltage-Basic).vi:3

Possible Reason (s):

Internal Software Error occurred in MIG software. Please contact National Instruments Support.com

Task Name: _unnamedTask<1>

Has anyone ever experienced this before? Any help is appreciated.

Have you searched the forums for error 229771   (Leave off the negative sign as it would be interpreted for a search for messages that DON'T have 229771 in them.)

I remember seeing one recently, and there were a few in the search.
