Error 50150 when running NI Max Test Panels

Hi, 

I am trying to test my sensors with NI MAX, and I am following this tutorial:

At the 3:54 minute mark in the video, when I need to click on "Test Panels...", I receive the following error message:

"Error -50150 occurred at Test Panels"

I've tried resolving it by following these troubleshooting steps:

But it's still giving the same error. I've also turned off all firewalls and antivirus programs. My company has the 2018 license, so updating isn't an option.

Does anyone have suggestions on additional troubleshooting steps? Or a possible fix I can try? I've generated and attached a report from within the NI MAX software, which shows my installed applications, system information, etc.

Do you have any C-series modules plugged into the cRIO?

Looks like you have the right drivers on the laptop

Thank you for the quick response. 

Yes, I have two modules plugged in: NI 9205 and NI 9425

And the test panel doesn't work for any of them
