Error 2367

hello, I am new to NI software, I am trying to design a virtual power quality lab using multisim14.2 and LABVIEW2020 and I am getting the following error:

Multisim Design "filename": invalid configuration 

Error -2367 occurred at External Model

Possible reason(s):

Control Design and Simulation: (Hex 0xFFFFF6C1) The shared library corresponding to the external model returned an error.

Unable to load library.

Talk to your Instructor.  Sounds like you may be missing some LabVIEW tools in your LabVIEW installation.  Are your classmates having the same problems?

Change the user name of the computer to English
