Error -2147023843

I am using Labview 2011 and developing project to control PLC using OPC server and clients. When I tried to configure the I/O server in the labview project by clicking OPC client, I have encountered the following error.

" Unable to browse OPC server from the selected machine.

  error -2147023843 occurred at getopcserverlist.vi

  Possible reason(s):

  The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timelv fashion."

How to get rid of this problem and continue for the next step.

There is Windows OS Specific DCOM settings to connect to OPC.

Which OS are you using and also details on OPC server you are trying to connect to?

I am using windows XP and the OPC server is OPCtechs.ABDF130DA.3
