Error 193 while opening LabView exe

I made an executible using LabView 2017 sp1 64bit on my PC. While deploying on another PC, I first downloaded and setup the LabView 2017 sp1 64bit runtime engine. 

First I had issues opening the executible. It could not locate the runtime engine. By reading different discussions, I came to the conclusion that the executible has to be in the same folder as lvrt.dll file.

So I saved my executible in the folder that has the lvrt.dll file. Now I am getting a new error that says "System Error 193 while loading the LabView Run-Time Engine". Picture attached. 

Please help!

Why don't you create a full setup (aka installer) for your "COG_System" executable?

It will include and install any needed RTE stuff…

Thanks. Problem solved! Saw an online video on youtube to create an installer.
