Error 1165 while trying to create a browser

Greetings all.  I am trying to implement a browser in my project.  The stand alone VI works but when Copy the blocks to my other project I continually get this error:

I can't see why I get this error.  Is there a Library I need to add to my project?

Check your file paths. When creating an executable file paths change. From the error message I believe this could be a reason for your issue.
