Error -1073807346 using USB-9211

My application works fine using LabVIEW in the developement mode, but once I try running the executable built using the application builder I get Error -1073807346 as soon as it tries to start the data acquisition. I was able to make it work last week with only one USB-9211, but now since I have installed a second USB-9211 it won't even work with just one anymore. In the time since it last worked using the executable, the non data aquisition portions of my code have been updated.

Along with the error code number it says that it occurred at an unidentified location, and the possible reason is: "VISA: The given session or object reference is invalid."

Also, I'm curious to find out what changes you made in your code last time to get it to work, and if you're using any VISA VIs in your program?
