Hello,
What Dennis said is correct. It sounds like you need the NI-VISA drivers installed. As he said, you can find them on the device driver CD or on our website at this link. If you already have VISA installed, you may want to uninstall and reinstall the latest version since something may have gone wrong with the installation. If this doesn't help, let me know!

Hi,Christ_R
I was reading carefully the install document instructions, It describe three steps, and the third step said; "3.When the installation prompts you to insert the National Instrument Device Drivers CD, click tne CANCEL button, and explain; The LabView 7,1 Student Edition package does not include the National Instrument Devices Drivers CD."
I'll try your sugestion, because I don't have that CD, I just have four Cd;1)LabView Student Edition, 2)Introduction to LabView (interactive Training CD),3)LabView Control Design and Simulation Add-Ons,4)LabView Signal and Image Processin Add-Ons.
Now I'm downloading the VISA drivers from the NI site,I hope I'll solve this problem.

Hi Eleno,
When installing LabVIEW, it will automatically prompt you to install drivers via the driver CD. The student edition of LabVIEW doesn't ship with a driver CD, so you can just cancel out of this to complete the installation of LabVIEW. You can then just install the drivers separately. You can install the ones you need by downloading and installing them separately and everything should work fine. Let me know if you have any trouble! Have a great day!

Hi Mogli,
It is best to install the driver versions that come with your version of LabVIEW. I have just placed the driver CD on the ftp site. Click that link and a folder called "## Driver CD Dec 05 ##" should have the Dec05 driver CD. If you have any trouble, let me know. Files will be cleared from the ftp site occasionally, so if you do not see it, let me know and I will repost it.
Have a great day!
