Error 1003 occurred at Invoke Node

While making Exe , when i click on source files option to fill required details, it gives below error:(See below attached Snap shot)

Error 1003 occurred at Invoke Node in AB_UI_Load_Page.vi->AB_UI_FRAMEWORK.vi->AB_CreateNewWizard_Invoke_CORE.vi->EBUIP_CreateNewWizard_Invoke.vi->EBUIP_CreateNewWizard_Invoke.vi.ProxyCaller

Possible reason(s):

LabVIEW:  The VI is not executable. Most likely the VI is broken or one of its subVIs cannot be located. Select File>>Open to open the VI and then verify that you are able to run it.

I can't open .docx files.

Are any of the VIs in your project broken?

Please check all your VIs. Some member VIs still cant be compiled.
