Downloading LabVIEW installation issue

I'm trying to install labview evaluation, but it hits a wall and I can't finish the task. Any help would be welcome.

Hard to tell. Is this LabVIEW or LabVIEW NXG?

There was a recent windows update. Could it be you had a restart pending? Have you tried after a reboot?

The "online installers" seem to have a lot of issues.

I suggest downloading the entire package for offline installation.

how to download the whole package ? you mean bypass ni package ?

At the download page, there is a small link under the "Download" button to download the offline installers.

NI really needs to make this option a lot more obvious..
