Does anyone have this dll named age1962_32.dll

Hi, I am doing a CDMA automation stuff. I found the age1962 instrument driver, but when I tried to load it, it always asked me to locate a dll called age1962_32,dll. I tried to search it, but with no results. So just wonder if anyone has this dll and if so, can you share it with me?

As noted on NI's page, there is a required third-party download. The link takes you to Agilent's site. You will have to search for it there.
