Displaying variable in dialog box

Hello guys,

i am getting numbers to the numeric controls and i want to display this values in Two button dialog. (High value is: "my 1. number". Low value is: "my 2. number". Do you want to save this values? Y/N )

Please, do you have any ideas, how to write this variable values to dialog?

And second thing: I am saving values to excel, but i want header with numbers. Expamble at picture 2 ( a) what i have, b) what i want) .. any ideas?

I would appreciate every answer.
