Disk inspection.llb in LabVIEW 6i

In LabVIEW 6i or LabVIEW 5.0, there is a llb. or vi called disk inspection.llb(6i) or disk.vi(5). But I can't find the same VIs in LabVIEW 6.1, where is it's location? or what happen to these VIs?

I did a search for disk inspection.llb on my 6.0.2 installation and couldn't find it. Was this part of a toolkit or maybe a download from somewhere? What did it do?

There was an example program written for Vision 5 and 6, I believe, that inspected a 3.5" floppy disk. It was not included in Vision 6.1, but has found a new home as an example included with Vision Builder for Automated Inspection.

If anyone out there can find this example program, could you post it with images?
