Disabling

Further to my other post, about clusters, is there anyway to disable
non-attached text?
i.e., text that isn't a label or caption...

I tried to make it a caption, but, then the text isn't allowed out of the
cluster... No good

Thanx in advance

Hi Slade,

referring to this and to the previous question, I attach a vi that enables/ disables individually elements in a cluster.
You can attach other properties relative any cluster element.
Good luck,
Alberto

As far the text goes, you can use a simple text indicator and make the background transparent so that it looks the same as a caption. You can then do whatever you want to it using property nodes. If you are using LabVIEW 6 the simple text indicator is located in the classic control palette.
