Digital trigger with timer

Hi,

I am using NI module 9401.

The digital trigger should stay high for 5s only. Any leads on how do I code it?

As of now, the digital output is high until the program is stopped. 

Would appreciate the help.

Pictures are a waste of my/our time.  Attach a VI so we can see the whole thing, can see "other cases", can get help for functions we don't recognize, can edit/test sections of code, etc.

The digital trigger must be high for user input time alone. Any help is appreciated.

     I must apologize.  I'm embarrassed to say that I failed to notice that the module you were discussing was a C-series, and might be used on a cRIO, for which I don't have much expertise.  As it happens, I can't even open the routine I asked you to provide, as I don't have the appropriate hardware support installed on my system.

     I hope other Forum users are reading this request and can step in to provide some suggestions for you.
