Digimatic Indicators

Hi

I am currently designing a small rig to measure a profile of a component using one of Mitutoyo's Digimatic Indicators. Also, I want to connect the measuring device to a computer and acquire the data through labview to analyse it. 

Can anyone kindly share their knowledge on acquring the data through a thrid party device into labview or a smilar experience.

Search for Mitutoyo on this site and a bunch of drivers show up.  I don't know enough about your product to know which one to use but odds are a driver already exists.  If you don't find one here check Mitutoyo's website.
