Different error codes are passed each time

Hi,

By different, I mean 2.  Have a look at the screen shot of my VI. I am not connected to hardware at the moment and I am just working on error handling.

Reading from the daqmx throws an error: -200279 in the Block diagram. But when I look look at the front panel, it shows an error:7 in the write data to file.This does not happen when I highlight it. Just to be sure, I enveloped the write to file with case structure but still I am receiving error 7.

Any thoughts?

Can you please post the actual VI instead of just screenshots of it?  We can't see everything we might need to see in the pictures.

Also I think most of us don't speak German, so running it on our own PCs would let us see the English error text.
