Dialog Window Position

How do I control the pop-up position of a dialog window/vi? The only control
found is the auto-center feature. I also noticed that the position somehow
depends on the window position during save. But I like to control the window
position programmatically. Is this possible?

Look at the VI server and the Property node.
There is a property to set the location of the front panel
