Thank you for posting on the NI Discussion Forum! Unfortunately, there is no R-Series diagnostic that you can run to verify the correct operation of your R-Series card.
A good place to start in verifying the correct functionality would be to run some of the shipping examples provided in LabVIEW. You can find these examples through the "Help" menu and select "Find Examples". Once the NI Example Finder is open, select the folder "Toolkits and Modules->FPGA->R-Series" to find exampels for this particular card. One good example to start with would be the "Digital Line Input and Output - R Series.lvproj" found in "Toolkits and Modules->FPGA->R-Series->Basic IO".
Is this a new R-Series card or is it a card that was previously working and suddenly stopped functioning properly on specific DIO lines?
