Try this and modify to suit you needs. The VI is back saved to an earlier version, so you should be able to open it.

Hello mcduff,

Please allow me some time to study it and get back to you. Thank you.

Hello mcduff,

The I wired what you sent me to my VI and I'm happy to tell you that it is now able to detect the peaks in real time. What I want to do now is to save the positions of the three peaks and their corresponding amplitudes for each scan. I no longer need the raw CCD data. Thank you.

Hello mcduff,

I think I've done it. Please have at look at it for me. Thanks.

If it works for you then good. You do not need to display all the graphs I put in my example that I sent you, they were there for you to explore. But it is up to you.

I've just left the displays for now for comparison. Will do away with them later.
