Thanks. I have checked the system and its passes the USB test. Any VI failes, randomly, (1/100) it will not fail and actually upload. I found out that you are not supposed to have more than 2GB of memory on the single board computer. I have 4GB. Is this the problem? I am using a standard ethernet link through a hub (that gives out DHCP-ip)

That sounds pretty strange. I would like to try connecting the RT PC to the host with a crossover cable and a static IP address if that is possible. It still sounds like it could be a network issue, and I would like to eliminate that from the list of possible problems. I have not heard of problems with additional memory, but I will look around to see if I can find anything about that. If your computer passes the RT compatibility test it should work properly.
