Delayed chirp pattern

Hi everyone,

I would like to have the fllowinf excitation of my shaker:

- First an offset of a given amplitude

- Then, after a few seconds, keeping the offset I apply a chirp pattern

I looked for a "delay" block so that I could launch first my offset and then both but did not find anything that worked properly. Any idea?

Well here is the "excitation area" of my labview file.It works well, but pulse and chirp start at the same time.

Of course they start at the same time. What is wrong with using the Delay function that you said you could not find? It's on the Timing palette. Start one DAQ Write, delay, stop the first write, do a second DAQmx Write.
