Hi, Sometimes we need to use 'Delay' in the while loop to slow down the loop. I am wondering what happened behind it. It will free up the CPU usage?

Yes. During the delay, the CPU is free to run other threads. Also, a delay of 0 ms will allow LabVIEW's internal scheduler to let other, parallel nodes execute if their input data is ready.
