Dead channels in VI Logger

Hi

I have cDAQ-9172 chassis with three NI-9215 analog input boards. I'm trying to make a task in VI Logger to measure all 12 channels simultaneously. In VI I'm missing 4 channels (see picture). Are these channels / boards broken, or is there a limit of 8 channels per task???

Hi Anders,

i don´t know if it helps you, but if i create 3 of your cards and i want to read data from it i have to create 3 different tasks. I get an error message which sounds like: "create an task for every independent device.

I got help for this issue from NI Finland. They find this KB "article" which solved our issues. Thank you also for your effort.
