I have the following equipment

NI 9234, cDAQ-9188 and an accelerometer PCB 352C03.

My question is,  do I need signal conditioner or charge amplifier to connect accelerometer to NI 9234 or is it possible to connect accelerometer directly to Input Module?

No, You don't need.
