Data acquisition status LED

Hi all, this should be a simple task that I am bang my head against.  I am using a USB-6215, grabbing 7 sec of data at a time.  I want a LED on the main VI to indicated when the acquisition is in progress.  I was heading toward a sequence structure controlling the LED before and after, but there must be a simpler way.

Any suggestions?

Hi kman,

to get rid of the sequence structure you could use the error cluster to ensure dataflow. How much simpler do you need it?
