Data Acquistion

I am using a USB-6341 to acquire thickness data.

My sequece of operations is

1. Operator press a START button.

2. Operator set a file path

2. After 20 Sec, the DAQ collect only one data from 4 analog channel.

3. Write data in excel format ( Channel No, And Data)

4. Close the file

Can any one provide me a sample program for this please............
