DSC Alarm & Event Display

I am frustrated with this ActiveX control. Questions for NI:
1) Where is the documentation for it? I can't find ANY.
2) Why haven't you exposed a property (or reference) which will at least give me information on the selected alarm?
3) You should also expose methods for Acknowledge and Acknowledge All. What if I want a front-panel button to do this instead of right-clicking?
4) I can't even change the column order! or even hide columns. That's ridiculous.

This could be an excellent control with a few more features. As it is, it is hardly usable because I can't customize the look or some basic functions. Please improve it!

I agree, there is a lack of documentation for the Alarm and Event Display properties and use as they relate to their ActiveX interface. Technologies should have technical documentation to support them (or at very least describe them). I'm surprised I can't find anything on NI.com. I will be submitting feedback on this product.

A document containing all the methods and properties is found by right-clicking the display and choosing AlertBrowser>>Help. The items you are looking for aren't documented there unfortunately, I will also submit feedback to the appropriate people at NI.
