DIAdem data representation

Dear all!!

I would be very pleased if somebody could help me with this fact.

I used labview to write some data from a physical channel in a tdms file and when opening it with DIAdem, although the stored signal is waveform like(not numeric), the x axis units are samples. Is there any possibility to replace these samples by time units?
