DAQ Assistant from a LabVIEW block diagram

Could anyone help me to know how I launch the DAQ Assistant from a LabVIEW block diagram when the express does not show it?

search for the title "DAQmx 10 functions" and pick the first search result (at least when I search for that) to learn the simple usage of DAQmx without using any Express VIs...

I actually I found the problem. It was related to the DAQmx software. When I had the problem, I uninstalled the LabVIEW software hoping that was the problem but it was not. After that, I installed the LabVIEW once and the problem was there. But, the daqmx software was not installed before so, I decided to installed again and then it appeared! 

It looks like package manager does not like the daqmx software in the same package.
