DAQ Assistant Continuous Data file

Hello.

I am using the DAQ Assistant to collect continuous analog data and write to measurement file.vi to write the file to a tdms file. I want the file to contain a continuous record of the analog data, but the export file contains the data separated into blocks. Does anyone have a suggestion for generating a file with one continuous data stream? I have attached my code and a sample export file.

Hi there,

Are you referring to the separate tabs or separate files?

If separate tabs:

Have you tried setting your Write to Measurement File to output one header only as opposed to one header per segment?

If separate files:

You can set the Write to Measurement File to append to a previous data file. Hope this helps!
