Customize sampling rate for arduino in LabVIEW

Hi!

I am new using arduino in LabVIEW. Currently, I have connected two sensors to 2 analog inputs on the Arduino Uno. I run the program and everything works fine, but I want to log the data. I am able to log the data, but I don't know how to set the sample rate. Could someone help me figure how to do this?
