Custom control color property

See crude attached example.  There are some problems with this approach, the decal can be moved independently and resized independently of the button.  I have played with making an Xcontrol with this to solve all of these issues but it was more work than I have tome for.

  I have tried playing with decals a little bit.  It worked ok, but I did not really like the way you can't group the decal to the button.

I never understood why the decoration does not lick/scale with the buttons, very frustrating.  NI really needs to upgrade the decoration which has not been changed since the beginning.  I am hoping that some day we get a new and improved version of the decoration so we can make the controls look like a modern application.
