Cross Correlation of 2 signals

HEY,

I am  working on cross correlating two signals and getting the Rxy value of it. I wanted to know if any one has the source code for the same. I was also keen on knowing , when i cross correlate the 2 signals how can i mark the points where there was highest cross correlation.
