Creating drawing at runtime in Labview 7.0

I want to develop an application in which user can create drawing (Electrical Network)at runtime user can pick controls like line, electrical objects through tool box and place them on working area (drawing area) and save this drawing for further use. In future this drawing is connected with SCADA. Is it possible in Labview??

You can create drawings with either the picture control or the XY graph.

There are many examples for how to use VIs in the example finder (Help>>Find Example). You can also find information in this site. The problem is that what you wish to accomplish is not the easiest thing. You will need to do some graphic manipulation to get a good user interface. You will need to learn a bit about events.

To learn more, I suggest you read the LabVIEW user manual. Also, try searching this site and google for LabVIEW tutorials. Here and here are a couple you can start with. You can also contact your local NI office and join one of their courses.
In addition, I suggest you read the LabVIEW style guide.
