Creating a DAQmx Counter Output Pulse Generation (Frequency) task in a project?

I'm trying to create a Counter Output Pulse Generation (Frequency) task in my project. Here's the LabVIEW code that I want to replicate.

The Create New... wizard only lets me choose up to Pulse and the default config tab has High/Low time.

Is this just not possible the way I'm trying to do it?
